  • Which windows to buy

    The most important feature of a window in our climate must be its low thermal transmittance, i.e. how much thermal energy passes through the window per 1m2.

    Remember that the coefficient is different for each window size because it consists of profiles and glass. So what if the seller gives you a value of 0.5W/mk2, which is usually the thermal transmittance of the pane alone and we are interested in the whole combination of the pane and the profiles.  Therefore, please ask for a calculation for each item separately, the lower the coefficient, the lower the heat loss.

  • Which window company to buy?

  • Why are aluminium windows better?

    The joinery market has accustomed us to ubiquitous PVC windows, but unfortunately the technology of steel reinforced plastic windows has not kept pace with the ever-increasing dimensions of window openings. Up until a few years ago, we were working with standard window dimensions, and you could get them straight from stock off the shelf.

    Nowadays, the variety of configurations is so great that we produce all our windows to order.  The statics of PVC windows has its limits, which are slowly being exceeded and then we start talking about aluminium material which has much better statics, lower weight and much better configuration possibilities, Colours, fittings, glass, here the limit is only the investor’s imagination, thanks to the Aluron AS110 system, we can make opening windows over 300cm high…
